Job summary

FOD CORPORATION, which operates Vista Marina Hotel in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, is seeking an Accounting professional to join our finance team on a full-time basis.

You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with GAAP, with duties spanning accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cost allocation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork with other departments, and professional development within a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions (AP/AR/GL).
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial statements.
• Maintain detailed accounting records in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Process payroll and employee benefits documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management review.
• Monitor and reconcile account balances for accuracy.
• Support audit processes with required documentation.
