Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all hotel F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring guests have outstanding experiences.

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and 3–5 years of supervisory F&B experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant are required, along with strong leadership and knowledge of food safety and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Food & Beverage in a hotel or full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and hotel F&B operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate F&B staff including supervisors, servers, bartenders, and kitchen coordination staff.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor F&B revenues, expenses, food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, and profitability.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, receiving, storage, and proper utilization of F&B products.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and kitchen team for smooth food production and service.
• Plan and oversee banquets, conferences, weddings, functions, and other events.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
