Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is seeking a Duty Engineer to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of our engineering systems and facilities. This role ensures equipment reliability, responds to operational concerns, and supports building services critical to guest comfort and hotel activities.

The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

Graduate in electrical or mechanical engineering or related technical field.
2–3 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Understanding safety standards and environmental compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain operation of building facilities and engineering systems.
Perform inspections of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
Respond to maintenance concerns from guests and staff.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports.
Coordinate with other departments on engineering needs.
