Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking a reliable Banquet Dishwasher to support high-volume banquet events. You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishware, glassware, silverware, and cookware while maintaining a spotless, sanitary kitchen environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and experience with dishwashing in catering or hotel settings is a plus. You must be able to lift 40–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible nights and weekends in Tacloban or nearby

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using three-compartment sinks and manual cleaning tools.
• Efficiently clear, sort, scrub, and dry large quantities of banquet tableware before, during, and after events.
• Carefully dry and return clean dishware and equipment to designated banquet service stations and storage racks.
• Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, prep tables, and dishwashing areas; sweep and mop floor areas regularly.
• Regularly empty trash, recycling, and food waste bins, maintaining a clean and safe work zone.

About the role

The Hotel Banquet Dishwasher washes, sanitizes, and organizes all dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware used during hotel banquet events. This role ensures high-volume banquet service runs smoothly by maintaining clean dining equipment and a sanitary kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using three-compartment sinks and manual cleaning tools.

About you
