Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Efficient, organized and good cleaning and sanitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the tableware and kitchen tools daily.
• Performs spot cleaning of all areas as needed.
• Checks chemical levels and condition of the dishwashing machine.
• Observes cleanliness in the working station.
• Adheres to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Monitors and labels all kitchen stocks.
• Aware of chemical labels, usage, dilution, and safety.
• Performs duties assigned by the head chef or supervisor.
