Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement curriculum aligned with CHED standards and industry needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty members
• Monitor student academic performance and learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with CHED policies, accreditation, and quality assurance standards
• Coordinate academic activities, class scheduling, faculty assignments, and program initiatives
• Build and maintain industry partnerships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel agencies, and tourism organizations
• Facilitate internships, industry exposure, and experiential learning opportunities
• Promote faculty professional development, research, extension, and industry engagement
• Lead continuous program improvement and quality enhancement
• Prepare program reports, accreditation documents, and other academic requirements
