The role focuses on delivering quality instruction, developing engaging learning materials, and guiding students toward careers in hospitality and tourism. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with preference for a Master's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of professional experience in hospitality and tourism (preferred)
• Knowledge of hotel operations, event management, customer service, F&B management, or tourism destination development
• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and current trends in hospitality and tourism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
