Job summary

Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa in Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu seeks a Sales Executive to drive revenue through new business opportunities and strong account management. You will work with the Cebu Sales and Marketing team to implement strategies, grow rooms and banquet revenue, and maintain key client relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or resort industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, MICE, travel trade, and account management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities.
• Manage existing client accounts and achieve sales targets for rooms, banquets, and ancillary revenue.
• Collaborate with Cebu Sales and Marketing to implement strategies and strengthen brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key market segments and clients.
• Represent the resort at industry events and client meetings.
