Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with hospitality-related degree.
• Experience in inventory monitoring and warehousing is preferred.

• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and filing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store goods, supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare and update inventory reports using Excel and systems.
• Assist in issuing and tracking kitchen supplies and assets.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with records.
• Organize warehouse/storage areas for accessibility.
• Perform filing and document-keeping of inventory transactions.
• Identify damaged, missing, or excess items and report to supervisor.
• Coordinate with departments on receipt, issuance, and monitoring of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
