Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Wash, dry and store dishes, glassware, cutlery and cookware.
• Prepare and maintain food prep areas, ensuring surfaces are sanitised.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Support kitchen team during service periods.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies.
