Adventure Bay Resort & Theme Park in Makati City is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support our HR function within a dynamic hospitality environment. You will implement HR policies, support employee development, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key duties include recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or similar HR-related position.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection, including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support administration of employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, leave management, and other entitlements.
• Process payroll-related documentation and coordinate with payroll systems for accurate salary disbursements.
• Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and relations matters.
• Assist in organizing training and development programmes for staff members.
• Support preparation of HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labour regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace wellness programmes.
• Support disciplinary and performance management processes as required.
