Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of overall HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in people management.
• HR Business Partner experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including compensation, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and provide HR guidance.
• Lead and guide HR team members within operations.
