Job summary

SOLINA BEACH AND NATURE RESORT in Carles, Iloilo is seeking an HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This full-time role supports recruitment, payroll, training, policy development, and employee engagement to help maintain a professional and inclusive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will hold a tertiary HR-related degree and 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, with strong English communication and confidentiality in handling employee records.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in HR or administrative role, hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality
• Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration
• Coordinate training and development programs
