Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive revenue and market expansion across its hospitality properties. You will identify strategic accounts, partnerships, and opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

With 3–5 years in BD, sales, or marketing in hospitality, you will lead proposals, negotiate agreements, and coordinate cross‑functional campaigns. Occasional travel to client meetings and events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in hospitality, hotel, resort, or restaurant industries.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue, market reach, and business opportunities across the company's properties.
• Identify and pursue potential corporate accounts, business partners, travel agencies, event organizers, and other strategic clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and business partners.
• Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue-generating opportunities for hotels, resorts, and restaurant operations.
• Lead the preparation of business proposals, partnership agreements, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to develop and implement business initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor business development performance, sales opportunities, partnership results, and revenue targets.
• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and recommendations for Management.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and other business activities.
