Job summary

Yes Hotel Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager in Manila to oversee general accounting functions including AP/AR and taxes. You will review practices, provide financial analysis to management, and monitor the annual budget.

The ideal candidate has BS Accountancy, 3–5 years of Accounting Manager experience, and strong MS Office skills. Prior industry exposure in trading, real estate, construction, hotel, or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate.
• CPA is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Advance skills in MS Office.
• Good inter- and intra-personal relationship and work attitude.
• Must be well-versed in all accounting facets and has good analytical skills.
• With a solid background in Trading, Real-Estate, Construction, Hotel and Retail or any related industry.
• Highly flexible, organized and can withstand pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, and others;
• Continuously review, assess current accounting practices, procedures, and make recommendations to ensure that resources are properly safeguarded and maximized;
• Communicates relevant and reliable financial information to management and provides analysis and proposal;
• Provides management of reliable and relevant financial information periodically including financial analysis, comparative reports against the previous year, and against the budget;
• Prepares analyzes and monitors the annual budget.
