Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking an accounting professional to support hotel operations with essential finance tasks. You will prepare accounts payable and receivable invoices, generate revenue reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping and reconciliations.

You will collaborate with headquarters and other properties’ accounting and audit teams, contribute to P&L preparation, and help manage monthly supplies and asset inventory in a dynamic hospitality environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Good communication and data interpretation skills.
• Able to perform tasks essential in carrying out hotel operations i.e. basic FO duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accounts payable and receivable invoices.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly revenue report.
• Performs basic bookkeeping and reconciliation.
• Performs monthly supplies and quarterly asset inventory.
• P&L preparation.
• Collaboration with HQ/ other properties accounting and audit team.
