Filinvest Group is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to lead comprehensive financial analysis across its hospitality properties. The role focuses on monthly performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to drive profitability and efficiency.

The incumbent will prepare ExCom presentations, consolidate financial statements, and collaborate with Finance leaders to support strategic objectives and reporting automation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A or related fields.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

• Analyze financial performance of Filinvest Hospitality properties monthly against key metrics.
• Prepare budget vs. actual cost analyses for reporting.
• Create monthly ExCom presentations and consolidated financial statements.
• Collaborate with Finance leaders to support departmental goals.
• Develop and enhance financial dashboards for budgeting and performance analysis.
• Identify process improvements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing reporting tools and systems to improve financial visibility.
