Filinvest Group is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to lead comprehensive financial analysis across its hospitality properties. The role focuses on monthly performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to drive profitability and efficiency.

The incumbent will prepare ExCom presentations, consolidate financial statements, and collaborate with Finance leaders to support strategic objectives and reporting automation initiatives.

Competenze

• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A or related fields.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance across the hotel group. This position requires a thorough understanding of financial principles, data analysis, and business operations to support decision-making and drive financial performance. The Financial Analysis Manager collaborates with various departments, providing actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the financial performance of all Filinvest Hospitality properties on a monthly basis against key business metrics and document financial highlights to enable management to evaluate performance against budgets.
• Prepare budget versus actual cost analyses for periodic reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly Executive Committee (ExCom) presentations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (budget and actual) and financial analysis for mid-year reviews and annual budget presentations.
• Prepare consolidated balances and other reports required by the parent company.
• Collaborate with Finance Department leaders to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
• Respond to inquiries from hotel management and corporate stakeholders regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and related concerns.
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on financial analysis to support the achievement of financial targets and business objectives.
• Support report automation initiatives through the development and enhancement of financial dashboards for budget, actuals consolidation, and performance analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data accessibility.
• Assist in the implementation of reporting tools and systems that improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Recommend best practices for financial reporting, data management, and business analytics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
