Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality Corporation (Alabang, Muntinlupa City) is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. You will lead FP&A activities for all properties, analyze monthly performance against metrics, and document financial highlights for management review.

The role includes preparing budgets vs. actuals, monthly Excom presentations, and consolidated financials for mid-year and annual budget processes, in collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or related field.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance of all properties on a monthly basis against key business metrics.
• Document financial highlights to enable management to track progress against budgets.
• Prepare budget and actual cost analyses for periodic reporting.
• Prepare monthly Excom presentations.
• Prepare consolidated financials (budget and actual) and analyses for mid-year review and budget presentation.
• Prepare consolidated balances and other reports requested by the parent company.
• Collaborate with finance department managers to support department goals.
• Respond to inquiries from hotel management and group-wide managers regarding financial results.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to achieve financial goals.
• Aid in reports automation through dashboards for budget and actual consolidation and analysis.
