Astoria Hotels and Resorts seeks an Accountant to join the Finance Department at Astoria Plaza Pasig City. The role performs document checks, funds spot checks, monitors bill arrangements, and suggests policy improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with hospitality/training center background, and strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• Preferably with Hospitality/Training Center/School background.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs regular check with the completeness of documents for the concerned departments.
• Spot check of funds
• Monitor, update and follow up send bill arrangements
• Revisit policies and procedures and recommend improvements
• Reports any discrepancies and conduct investigations.
• Performs other tasks that may assigned by the Management
