Job summary

JMD-68 BUILDERS in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead direction and supervision of all site works. The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and solving problems to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities include procurement processing, schedule control, and preparing status reports. The candidate should be willing to be assigned anywhere in Quirino Province; residents nearby are preferred, and a driving motorcycle/vehicle is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• License is an advantage but not required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Newly licensed are welcome to apply if with relevant OJT experience.
• Residents of Quirino Province and nearby towns will be highly considered.
• Knows how to drive motorcycle/vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direction and supervision of all works and operations of the project.
• Processing of item/materials procurement.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications and schedule changes.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Oversee overall operations including handling of manpower on the project site.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Quirino Province.
