• Hazard Identification: Conduct daily inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards and environmental risks.
• Safety Training: Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for all workers.
• Incident Management: Investigate accidents or near-misses, determine root causes, and prepare incident reports.
• Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and ensure strict DOLE-OSH compliance.
• Equipment Oversight: Monitor proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety gear.
