OCS Philippines is seeking an Interior Designer to plan, design, and manage interior fit-out works for hospital and healthcare facilities. You will ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations, infection control, and client specifications while creating functional, patient-centered environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Licensed Interior Designer is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare design standards, infection control requirements, and hospital operational workflows is an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Mansioni

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals for hospital and healthcare facilities.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material selections, and design specifications.
• Produce detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents using design software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
• Review and select finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment suitable for healthcare environments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering initiatives.
• Review contractor submissions, material samples, and mock-ups for approval.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical design support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address design-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions during construction and fit-out stages.
• Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
