Job summary

KMC Solutions in Taguig City is seeking a creative Design Specialist to support interior fit-out, renovation, and workplace design projects. You will develop interior design concepts, prepare CAD layouts, and create realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs.

Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional spaces, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Fresh graduates may be considered; 1–2 years' experience preferred; onsite day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Experience in BPO or commercial office/hospitality interiors desirable.
• Proficiency with SketchUp and Enscape for 3D visualization.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for layouts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts and space plans.
• Create CAD test-fit layouts for office projects.
• Produce 3D renderings and walkthroughs with SketchUp and Enscape.
• Coordinate with senior designers and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Prepare design presentations and marketing materials.
• Source furniture, lighting, finishes, and other materials.
• Maintain digital resource libraries of interior design assets.
• Present concepts to clients and management.
