Job summary

The role focuses on loan packaging, cross-selling of consumer products, proper pre-screening and KYC, and the implementation of marketing promos that drive loan generation. On-site work is required in Makati or Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business
• At least 3 years sales experience in the banking or real estate industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sufficient Product knowledge and knowledge in legal documentation
• Experience in credit evaluation would be an advantage
• Willing to work on site in Makati/Ortigas

Responsibilities

• Responsible for loan packaging, cross selling of other consumer products to different sources or channel, pre-screening of accounts and ensuring proper KYC of accounts handled.
• Responsible for the implementation of marketing promos and programs that translate to the success in loan generation.
• Ensures quality loan portfolio through proper pre-screening of loan applicant.
