Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience.
Previous outbound telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, telco sales, or upselling experience is a MUST.
Strong spoken English, clear pronunciation, and confident phone presence.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, objection-handling, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. homeowners using client-provided leads.
Promote home improvement services, including windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, and full home remodeling.
Engage potential customers, identify their needs, handle objections, and generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Meet daily and weekly sales and appointment-setting targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow campaign procedures.
