Jaicom is seeking an Appointment Setter for their US home improvement account based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will lead outbound calls to prospects, qualify needs, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team, contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven outbound sales experience, strong English communication, and CRM familiarity. You will work full-time with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within Jaicom's call centre

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting in a call centre environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Native or near-native English proficiency with a clear, professional accent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US home improvement prospects to identify and qualify leads.
• Present the value proposition of home improvement services and products.
• Accurately schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow scripts while adapting communication to different prospect personas.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality.
• Provide regular updates on performance metrics and pipeline status.
