Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City is seeking a Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst to review Plans of Care for completeness and accuracy, ensuring alignment with clinical protocols and patient needs, including OASIS assessments and home health coding.

The role involves acting as a clinical liaison among nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians, promoting patient safety, participating in process improvements, and maintaining CMS-compliant documentation. Night shift, return-to-office setup.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current and unrestricted US RN license.
• 3 months of clinical experience (480 hours) in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license with direct patient care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review Plan of Care for completeness, accuracy and alignment with clinical protocols.
• Perform Admissions Plan of Care and OASIS assessment review with correct home health coding.
• Provide recertification of plan-of-care review per client guidelines.
• Resume care and安排 visits per plan of care and client policies.
• Serve as a clinical liaison among nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians.
• Promote patient safety and quality by participating in process improvements and audits.
• Adhere to CMS guidelines, internal policies, and home health documentation standards.
