Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst to join our clinical review team in Quezon City. You will conduct thorough reviews of patient plans of care, ensure alignment with protocols, and serve as a liaison among nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians.

A BSN with an active US RN license and at least 3 months of hospital experience are required; the role follows a night shift with a return-to-office setup and weekends off.

Qualificações

• BSN degree is required.
• Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license.
• 3 months clinical experience (480 hours) in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license and direct patient care experience.
• Clinical settings include inpatient hospital or outpatient hospital clinic.
• No state license required; re-evaluation if a specific state RN license is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Review patient's Plan of Care for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with clinical protocols.
• Perform Admissions Plan of Care & OASIS assessment review with correct home health coding.
