Job summary

Accenture Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst position based in Quezon City, Philippines. You will review Plans of Care for completeness and alignment with clinical protocols, and coordinate with nurses, clinicians, case managers and physicians to ensure patient goals are met.

Responsibilities include admissions plan of care review, OASIS assessment, recertification, and resumption of care, while complying with CMS guidelines and internal policies to protect patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• US RN license required.
• Minimum 3 months clinical experience (480 hours) in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license with direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Review patient Plan of Care for completeness and alignment with clinical protocols.
• Perform Admissions Plan of Care and OASIS review with appropriate home health coding.
• Certify plan of care recertification per client guidelines.
• Act as clinical liaison among nurses, clinicians, case managers and physicians.
• Promote patient safety and care continuity; participate in process improvements and audits.
• Adhere to CMS guidelines and internal policies for documentation and care coordination.
• Facilitate routing of corrected Plan of Care for physician approval.
