Accenture is seeking a Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst in the Philippines for a Return to Office role. The candidate will review plans of care, ensure clinical alignment, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to achieve patient care goals.

Responsibilities include recertification of care plans, initiation of resumption of care, and promoting patient safety through audits and process improvements in home health services.

Formación

• RN licensure and BSN required to deliver clinical care.
• Experience in patient care and care coordination.
• Familiarity with home health documentation and CMS guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review Plan of Care for completeness and alignment with clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians on patient care goals.
• Participate in care quality audits and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with home health documentation standards and regulations.
