Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a Home-Based Sales Assistant to support our US-aligned sales process from the Philippines. You will handle pricing, proposals, order documentation, and supplier follow-ups while delivering excellent customer service to clients and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Admin, 1–2 years in related roles, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
• 1–2 years in promotional, customer service or order management roles preferred.
• Strong English communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with pricing, features and availability information.
• Create proposals, quotes and sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and compile data.
• Document all order-related activities in systems.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders and maintain records.
• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound emails for customers and vendors.
• Deliver day-to-day customer service and ad hoc tasks.

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Sales Assistant is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for providing customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability.
• Responsible for creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities.
• Responsible for creating presentation formats and compiling data for the preparation of sales presentations.
• Responsible for documenting all order-related activities in various systems.
• Responsible for sending a follow-up with suppliers on orders.
• Ensure up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails.
• Responsible for providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. Experience in using Shopworx software (Onsite) Comfortable with social media marketing. Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore).

• Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
