Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Ecommerce Specialist to build, update, and improve online stores for a US-based retailer.

You will manage product data, pricing, graphics, and site maintenance, coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure accurate and visually appealing shopping experiences. Required is 2+ years in e-commerce or customer service, with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and basic graphics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, order management or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Build web stores with functionality that meets client needs.
• Maintain product pricing, details and graphics across stores.
• Update existing e-commerce sites via ticketing system inputs.
• Review landing pages, checkout flows for accuracy and UX.
• Collaborate with partners to test templates/products on external systems.
• Manage timelines for e-commerce builds and site maintenance requests.

Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring We are looking for a Home-Based Ecommerce Specialist to join a well-established U.S.-based home and garden retail company. In this role, you will build, maintain, and improve online stores so customers enjoy a smooth, accurate, and visually appealing shopping experience. You will keep products, pricing, and graphics up to date, handle website update requests, coordinate with integrated partners and suppliers, and support e-commerce projects from setup through launch and ongoing maintenance.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in product listings, pricing, graphics, and checkout functionality.

Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies website errors, inconsistencies, and user-experience issues and resolves them efficiently.

E-commerce & Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web store management, and online shopping best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build web stores with functionality that supports the client's needs.
• Keep web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics, and understand how each store type invoices customers.
• Oversee and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on input from an online ticketing request system.
• Review landing pages, product details, checkout processes and all other vital e-commerce website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate with integrated partners to coordinate the integration and testing of templates and products on external systems.
• Manage project timelines for e-commerce site builds and adhere to service-level agreements for site maintenance requests.
• Coordinate the production of orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of e-commerce projects.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, order management, or e-commerce role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Docs).
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
• Direct retail or home and garden industry experience is not required; comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
• Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
• Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) is a great advantage.
• Familiarity with online ticketing/request systems is an advantage.

• Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 49,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
