DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Ecommerce Specialist in the Philippines to build, maintain, and optimize online stores for a US-based retailer.

You will keep products, pricing, and graphics up to date, process store updates, and coordinate with partners and suppliers to support e-commerce projects from setup through launch. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or e-commerce, strong English skills, and can work US hours or overnight shifts from the Philippines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, order management, or e-commerce role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic exposure to design tools like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Canva is a plus.

• Keep web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics.
• Oversee and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on input from an online ticketing system.
• Coordinate with partners to test templates and products on external systems.

• Coordinate order production and supplier communications via e-commerce platform.
• Provide administrative and project support for e-commerce projects.
