Overview
RemoteVA PH is looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter with a strong background in drafting, rendering, and design development for both interior and exterior projects. This role requires 4+ years of experience and advanced proficiency in key architectural software tools.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings for design presentations
- Coordinate with team members to ensure design consistency and accuracy
- Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical documents
- Contribute to interior and exterior design planning and visualization
Required Tools & Proficiency
- Revit – Must be highly proficient in BIM modeling
- SketchUp – Strong modeling and design skills
- 3ds Max – Advanced rendering capabilities
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time)
Salary: USD 700–800/month
