Job summary

Intelegencia is seeking a customer service support professional to join our on-site team in Rizal. You will be the first point of contact for retailers and rural customers, handling inbound calls and emails, providing product knowledge and timely follow-ups across multiple home appliance brands.

The role emphasizes relationship-building over the phone, CRM usage, order entry, and collaboration with external sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience working with independent retailers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and product range.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries from retail customers and rural stockists.
• Provide knowledgeable and accurate product information across home appliances and multiple brands.
• Proactively inform customers about new products, promotions, and availability.
• Follow up on outstanding customer inquiries, quotes, or product requests.
• Assist retailers with placing orders and tracking shipments.
• Work closely with external sales teams to ensure seamless customer support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product range and brand changes.
• Accurately update customer interaction records in CRM or internal systems.
• Assist with inventory checks and liaise with warehouse/distribution as needed.
