Job summary

Huey Financing Inc is seeking an Account Manager (B2C) to manage and grow relationships with individual clients within the luxury wellness and medical sectors. You will lead consultative selling, client acquisition, and retention to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes ethical communication, strong CRM discipline, and collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years in account management, relationship management, business development, or B2C sales.
• Experience handling HNWIs or clients in luxury, wellness, healthcare, medical, hospitality, or premium services is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet approach with strong client service orientation.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with individual clients, including HNWIs, through personalized and consistent engagement.
• Drive revenue by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions based on goals and requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by clearly and ethically explaining products, applications, benefits, and the client journey.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and targeted outreach within luxury, wellness, and medical sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
• Build relationships with individuals, professionals, and organizations within relevant luxury, wellness, and medical networks.
• Coordinate with Medical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure onboarding, service delivery, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, activities, follow-ups, sales pipeline, and engagement records in the CRM.
• Organize and participate in exclusive events, personalized outreach, and loyalty initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
• Monitor sales targets, conversion rates, client retention, referrals, and other relevant B2C performance metrics.
