Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients, hospitals, doctors, and HMO/insurance providers regarding member concerns and requests
• Assist with LOA/LOA-related requests, approvals, and documentation
• Facilitate the processing and verification of medical and insurance requirements
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth and timely service
• Monitor and follow up on pending requests, approvals, and patient concerns
• Maintain accurate records and reports of transactions and requests
• Provide assistance and updates to members regarding their HMO benefits and coverage
