Job summary

iCare HMO is seeking an HMO Coordinator/ MR R/HMO Officer to provide administrative support to the Hospital Liaison Officers and Medical Services Division. You will assist insured members during availments and help ensure proper customer service and utilization management.

The role requires a 4-year college degree (medical allied preferred) and experience in insurance/HMO, with strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Project-based employment accepted; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year college course, medical allied (preferred).
• Experience in insurance / HMO and value-adding services preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• BPO experience in healthcare is an advantage but not required.
• Available for project-based employment.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient administrative support to Hospital Liaison Officers Department and related divisions.
• Assist iCare members during availments and ensure proper customer service.
• Support utilization management through gatekeeping and case review.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and provider networks.
