The role supports our pathology laboratory operations with emphasis on HIV detection, diagnosis, and monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a PRC license, a degree in Medical Technology, and at least one year of HIV-focused MT experience, with skills in ELISA, Western Blot, and molecular testing.

Qualifications

• Valid PRC license as Medical Technologist.
• Degree in Medical Technology with HIV diagnostics focus.
• Minimum 1 year HIV Proficient Medical Technologist experience.
• Experience performing HIV tests: ELISA, Western Blot, molecular testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Performing a range of HIV testing procedures for diagnosis and monitoring.
• Collect, process, and analyze specimens for timely results.
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations.
