Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge.
• Investigate and resolve process anomalies and elevate to team lead as necessary.
• Executes validation and prepares control reports for critical data/processes.
• Ensures proper documentation of processes with reviews and approvals.
• Conducts functional training for new hires and transfers.
• Gathers and analyzes transaction volumes to identify improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
