Job summary

ACCESS CARE is seeking an IT Operations & Systems Administrator in the Philippines. You will own and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, access control, and day-to-day IT governance, with a focus on HIPAA compliant IT practices and secure handling of protected health information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with IT administration, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and healthcare compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and internal tools.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center including user provisioning, access control, security policies, and permissions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance across IT systems, data storage, platforms and workflows.
• Safeguard protected health information with strong access controls and encryption standards.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding of employees with secure access setup and removal of access.
• Operate and improve the IT helpdesk with scalable fixes.
• Conduct regular system access audits for least privilege access.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and documentation related to healthcare data protection.
• Monitor system performance and propose infrastructure and security improvements.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to IT operations and access control.
