Job summary

MCI is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for US operations from our San Fernando, Philippines location. You will connect with candidates, screen and interview, and drive the recruitment process to meet tight targets.

The role follows US-aligned hours and requires a High School Diploma with experience in recruitment or ATS platforms. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build pipeline and ensure efficient onboarding for US teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably high-volume or call center recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Experience using recruitment systems or ATS platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes for US call center and operational roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Conduct engaging telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and onboarding activities throughout the hiring process.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and meet required turnaround times.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing US hiring needs.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Keep recruitment records accurate and ensure recruitment trackers are consistently updated.
• Partner with hiring manager to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
