Job summary

WarriorBabe is seeking competitive, resilient sales professionals for an outbound setters role. You’ll spend most of the day on the phone making 500+ outbound dials, building relationships and creating interest with prospective clients.

This performance-based position includes commissions and accelerators, with on-target earnings up to $65,000+ annually. You’ll work closely with leadership to continually improve and exceed daily activity goals.

Qualifications

• Generate qualified sales appointments through high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Spend the majority of your workday making 500+ outbound dials and engaging prospective WarriorBabe clients by phone.
• Build relationships and create interest with prospective clients.
• Consistently execute outbound call campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management.
• Meet and exceed daily activity and performance goals.
• Work closely with leadership to continuously improve your performance.
