Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, electrical preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge on HV switchgear.
• Motivated, dynamic, fast learner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2+ years in switchgear or transformers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical support on HV switchgear to customers and partners.
• Conduct site analysis and field service activities to resolve issues.
• Perform startup, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance on HV switchgear.
• Coordinate site work, prepare test equipment with partners.
• Respond to customer emergencies with rapid troubleshooting.
• Prepare accurate site work reports and maintain document control.
• Collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals and service excellence.
• Ensure task monitoring and adherence to safety policies.
