Job summary

Singapore Table Tennis Association seeks a capable High Performance Executive to support the High Performance Manager in running divisions and executing plans for National Team, Intermediate and Youth squads. You will provide administrative support to coaches and athletes, and manage logistics for overseas training and competitions.

The role requires coordinating reports, participating in SMSS services, and handling travel and procurement tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma/’A’ Level/Degree or higher.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who is adaptable and meets deadlines.
• Must be able to travel overseas.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist HPM in implementing High Performance plans.
• Prepare annual reports and grant applications for HPSI, MCCY and SNOC.
• Assist in delivering SMSS services to programme athletes.
• Support High Performance Management administration.
• Act as Team Manager for overseas training and competitions.
• Assist with administrative tasks: travel bookings, visas, and registration.
