VA Masters is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support our growing marketing business in the Philippines. You will call small local business owners across industries, introduce our services, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.

The role requires a confident communicator, self-directed work, and the ability to perform high-volume outbound calls while researching leads to keep the pipeline full.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken English and strong phone communication skills.
• Able to run online lead research and build prospect lists.
• Comfortable making 40–80 outbound dials per shift.
• Familiarity with phone/dialer systems (e.g., RingCentral, Dialpad, Google Voice).
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Call out to prospective clients across industries such as dental offices, med spas, HVAC, landscaping, pool services, and roofing.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on defined criteria and industries.
• Book qualified appointments and manage the calendar for the sales team.
• Pick up inbound calls and inquiries, routing them appropriately.
• Follow provided call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointments set.
• Aim for a steady daily call volume to hit appointment targets.
• Look after follow-up outreach and other administrative tasks as needed.
