Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken English and strong phone communication skills.
• Able to run online lead research and build prospect lists.
• Comfortable making 40–80 outbound dials per shift.
• Familiarity with phone/dialer systems (RingCentral, Dialpad, Google Voice).
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
