Winning Assistants in the Philippines is seeking an Appointment Setter to support lead management, inbound responses, and scheduling. This role is remote, with hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EDT, Monday to Friday.

You will respond quickly to inquiries, book appointments, and assist with lead re-engagement campaigns, using CRM tools like Go High Level. Strong English and phone etiquette are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Clear speaking voice with a minimal accent preferred.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or sales support.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and lead interactions.
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiar with CRM systems; Go High Level (GHL) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads quickly via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-up workflows in the CRM.
• Build rapport with leads and maintain professional communication.
• Support lead re-engagement campaigns to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate notes and CRM data; perform admin tasks as needed.
