Renal Clinical Care Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hemodialysis Nurse to provide safe, high-quality dialysis care for ESRD patients.

You will assess patients, initiate and monitor treatments, educate families, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, maintaining infection control, and collaborating with nephrology specialists to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active PRC Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• With or without hemodialysis experience (training will be provided).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Prepare, initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis treatments per orders and protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for complications.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis and kidney health.
• Respond to emergencies and perform BLS/ACLS when necessary.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Hemodialysis Nurse to provide safe, high-quality dialysis care to patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The successful candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, initiating and monitoring hemodialysis treatments, administering prescribed medications, educating patients, maintaining strict infection control standards, responding to emergencies, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. The role requires close collaboration with the Non and Clinical Team together with the POD & Attending Nephrologists to deliver excellent patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.

• Prepare, initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis treatments according to physician's orders and company protocols.

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for treatment-related complications.

• Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards.

• Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment, vascular access care, and overall kidney health.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) when necessary.

• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

• Complete accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and required reports.

• Ensure dialysis equipment and work areas are properly prepared, maintained, and safe for patient use.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and company activities.
